MATERIALS MEETING STANDARDS
We inspect materials and goods to ensure they are in conformance with specification and in compliance with the stated standards.
WITNESSING AND TESTING
Dependent on the particular
requirements of the client.
We ensure that all test instruments have been calibrated and are accompanied by a current certificate.
DEFECT AND DEFICIENCY (SNAG) LISTS
We carry out a thorough inspections to record all defects and omissions.
A computer-aided defect tracking system is used on sites to log defects with clearance dates.
MAINTAIN A DRAWINGS REGISTER
We maintain drawings and information needed or requested, including date, time of issue, revisions and format of drawings, specifications or electronic data.
MONITOR HEALTH AND SAFETY SYSTEM AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We have sufficient knowledge of health and safety legislation that enables us to recognise shortfalls in a contractor's performance.
